I am trying to write a blog every day, but went up to the mountains the last two days to see some family who'd been quarantining. I had no reception whatsoever, which made it feel like a real vacation.
In California, there's four types of people: forest people, beach people, desert people and skyscraper people. Most people enjoy all or multiple of these places, but you definitely feel most at home, most invigorated and at peace when you are surrounded by one of these four.
I am definitely a forest person.
